Beginning his public safety career in 1980, Steve has excelled throughout his tenure and has reconstructed more than 400 crashes involving passenger vehicles, tractor-trailers, pedestrians and even a shopping cart.

Steve is a qualified expert in numerous Ohio and Indiana counties and is proud to incorporate the FARO Focus 3D Laser Scanner for scene documentation and the creation of 3D models.
